7:00 – 8:00 (but we can go until close @ 9:00)

Please post what you’d be interested in helping out with and I’ll update. If we could get 2-3 people per section, that would be great. If you can come in costume – even better since I advertised “special guests” for photo ops. Just let me know in your post what character you can appear as. We could also use some prizes for the trivia games - nothing fancy or expensive. Make sure you sign up in the correct post for the correct date and event. Remember, opportunities like this rarely fall in our laps – I know we’ll put on a great event for the kids! PM me with any questions.

Reading – If you have children’s books we can use, please let us know.
GsWookie (Sarah) - Reading as Leia

Games
UzTh4ce (Seth) – Trivial Pursuit cards for trivia games...do we have anything to donate as prizes? I can bring a book or two possibly and maybe even a figure.
gandalfbmg (Bart) - help with questions and prizes?
Crafts – We have some noodles and duct/electrical tape; can use more and volunteers for this area. We will also have some coloring sheets from Darth Artist (Darryl)
Darth3PO (Angie) - bringing posterboard, gluesticks, crayons...will the masks be pre-printed on the posterboard or regular paper?
DarthJynx (Andrew) - doing whatever Angie tells him to..haha
How many noodles do we have?

| I'll come in costume and help wherever i'm needed. I'll wait to see if we're lacking in volunteers in some area before i say i'll do that part of the program. |

So, we've got just one week left, and it appears this is the list of who'll be at the first one???

Anyone I'm leaving off? Does everyone know what they're doing? Jaster, is the PVC you've got going to work for us, and are you brining that in addition to the new armor? Jamie, are we going to be able to get the books from you or will you be able to make it in person? |

| i actually don't know what i will be doing. i can read, though my voice is scratchy from smoking, so i have to clear my throat a lot, and i'm crafty, so i could help with crafts or whatever. Really i would rather someone just tell me what to do. |

You're forgetting the other 'special' guest i invited. 
Oh, and are we bringing blue milk? how are you going to keep it cold all day at work?
If this is all we have coming then I'll be wearing Leia so that I can interact w/ the kids better and I guess I'll also be bringing the things to make the masks from the starwars.com site.
It would involve, printing out the masks, getting posterboard, string/elastic, stick glue and crayons/markers oh, and scissors.
As for the plan, I think that we should have Bart read to the kids and have them have snacks and then they can do the crafts, talk to us and take pictures afterwards. |

The PVC will work, I just need to know how many to bring and how long to cut em, Ill probably cut them an inch smaller so we KNOW they wont stick out and wont be seen as easy.
And yes ill be in costume |
